✅ Requirements:

• 1+ year of professional cleaning experience
• Available at least 2 Sundays per month
• Available up 29 hours per week
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, reliable transportation, and a cell phone

💵 Compensation & Benefits Overview

Hourly Pay Structure:Top 20–25% of cleaning pay in our market

• Training Rate (First 30–60 Days): $17.00 per hour
• Standard Rate (Post-Training): $18.00–$20.00 per hour
• Performance-Based Raises: +$0.25 to $.75 per hour
• Tips: Split evenly among cleaners on each job
• Pay Cycle: Biweekly on Fridays via Gusto

🚗 Additional Financial Perks

• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.67 per mile (between jobsites)
• Tool & Gear Allowance: 3 scrubs (up to $150 value) provided annually
• Discounted Services: 50% off home cleaning (twice per year)
